Activate Web Connector - File could not be opened

Step 3 - Activate Web Connector

/store/<REMOVED>/QB_Download.asp, line 13 
It seems that the /qwc/ folder under /Quickbooks/ that is referenced in QB_Download.asp is not present. Adding it didn't help. It was not in the ProductCart_Synchronizer_for_QuickBooks_v1.08_062011_PPE_only.zip under the pcadmin/quickbooks/ folder.

I did the complete setup up to this point: copied all files, set permissions, made the webservice folder an application, /QuickBooks/webservice/ProductCartWC.asmx works, installed the web connector, etc. Not sure what I could be missing.

	Hi, Did you remember to rename the pcadmin folder before uploading that part of the set of files, or of course to upload from the pcadmin part to the renamed pcadmin folder?
