Hello, does anyone know a way to bring over the "Group" from Product Cart into QuickBooks so that each payer/customer automatically lands under their respective Group as a Subcustomer/Job. For example in QuickBooks a scenario would look like this:
Group 1 (Customer - level 1) Customer/Payer A (Job or SubCustomer - level 2) Customer/Payer B (Job or SubCustomer - level 2) Customer/Payer C (Job or SubCustomer - level 2) OR to give a specific example Technology Summit (Customer - level 1) John Smith (Job/SubCustomer/Payer - level 2) Suzie Anderson (Job/SubCustomer/Payer - level 2) Mike Bruno (Job/SubCustomer/Payer - level 2) I'd like this to map automatically. Thanks for your input. Sean

Hi Sean,
Although customers can be placed in pricing categories there is no concept in ProductCart of grouping customers under other customers, or in "levels", so I think you will need custom code in ProductCart and (not at all insignificantly) the QuickBooks add-on - which I can't say I personally know much about except that it's very complex. |
