upgrading to v3

   If I upgrade to v3 will I have a better chance of creating MAP(Minimum Advertised Price) pricing options on my site.

I have a programmer now trying to rewrite my product cart to include MAP  And I was thinking of upgrading to v3 anyway. 

I am adding electronics to my store and it is crucial to be able to have this feature
