Hi BodyExposed,

The MojoZoom fix is one that was already posted to the "Just In" section on our support page:

http://www.earlyimpact.com/productcart/technical-support.asp#newIssues

It's the one titled:

Image Magnifier Issues with Google Chrome - 01.13.11

Please makes sure these files have been uploaded to the proper directory on your server.

The files in the post above 01.13.11 include MojoZoom version 0.1.4, which I installed a while ago. The developer has since released v 0.1.6 on his website, which includes changes within the javascript code, but this has not fixed the problem.

To summarise, the fault still exists in IE9 when it is not in IE8 compatibility mode, with all Mojozoom versions; i.e. the zoomed image is jerky when moved with a mouse.

The patch for IE9 is in Service Pack 2.  The chrome issue was slightly different. Sorry for the mix-up.

Matt, can you please send me the patch, or advise what to do, as I cannot access SP2.

@bodyexposed - I advise you subscribe to the "Support and Updates" plan and download Service Pack 2.  It is a very small cost to have our team constantly keeping your software up-to-date with the latest patches for browsers, shipping providers, payment gateways, etc.  Version 4.5 is also around the corner and has some nice new features.  I'll see what I can do about posting this patch, but it is not always possible.  Sometimes the patches overlap with other patches and new features, which is why we create Service Packs.  They are delivered via the "check for updates" link in the control panel because sending individual files to every store owner would be impossible.
