Recently, (last 10 days) I have had a problem with the UPDATE function on the Configuration screen.  It stops working on BTO Products that used to work fine, and it stops working on new BTO Products once I get past about 10 categories.  Never had this before.  EarlyImpact has looked at it, but doesn't have an answer at this point.  This is a FULL STOP problem for me.  Nothing changed on my host (GoDaddy), and it has worked basically fine for a year...
The only thing that "might" have triggered this (no proof), was that I updated several BTO products at one time using the update Multiple BTO Products function, and that is when the problem occurred for the first time ever (on those updated products).  EI says they think that was coincidental and not the cause...

Ideas?  Seen this?

I don't want to weigh in much here save to say that EI provides excellent support for their application, and you can find no end of folks recommending against hosting this (or any other significant/robust) application with GoDaddy.

I wouldn't exactly trust (based on my experience) that "nothing changed" at GoDaddy. My instinct here is that there's a database issue here, and they may have moved/upgraded your database. From what you describe, it smells like an issue with data field types. Just a hunch. If I'm smelling the urine on the tree right here, you might want to contact Mark over at cognecy.com to have him take a look.
