I think I have this feature set up on our webstore but see no evidence of it. How would I know if the feature is running correctly. AND do i now change something within our products to allow for the keywords or does product cart do this and if so from where does it grab the keywords?

Yes, you have it active, but you have a little more work to do.

We know it is active by looking here, at the root category page:
http://www.m-techlaptops.com/ShopOnline/pc/viewCategories.asp

From there, you can see that a link such as this one reveals that keyword rich URLs are active:
http://www.m-techlaptops.com/ShopOnline/pc/Android-Tablets-c55.htm

Things to do:

1 - re-generate your category navigation so that the left nav references those keyword rich URLs

2 - generate your store map and link it into your navigation scheme

3 - I would want to put that privacy page, and other such content pages into the "manage pages" section of the admin, and then substitute the links where appropriate.

4 - look all over the site for the traditional URLS such as in the footer of the home page and on this http://www.m-techlaptops.com/Products.cfm.  Anywhere you find links like http://www.m-techlaptops.com/ShopOnline/pc/viewCategories.asp?idCategory=84 you need to change those to something like this http://www.m-techlaptops.com/ShopOnline/pc/Speech-Recognition-c84.htm

On a separate subject, you need to address this issue which is causing a security warning in Internet Explorer.

Insecure URL: http://s7.addthis.com/js/250/addthis_widget.js
Found in: https://www.m-techlaptops.com/ShopOnline/pc/Checkout.asp?cmode=1

That link probably wants to be something like this:
//s7.addthis.com/js/250/addthis_widget.js

Thank you so much. I just regenerated the Navigation and not sure about 2 and 3 but your number 4 suggestion, i want to do that when i visit those categories i don't see anything but my descriptions that you mention.  Why are they not showing up in the page category like the laptops are? I am figuring this out as a new cart for us and it very different from past carts so this is like apples vs oranges to me.

Wait, it seemed that regenerating the navigation may have added the category names to the keyword rich URL's. Am I correct?

When you say "cleaned up" what do you mean. Keep in mind, we build computers and are by no means web experts. We try but their is much we don't know. To keep from unjustifiably raising our prices we try to do in house most things. So I freely admit some ignorance on the subject.

You need to substitute those URLs with SEO-friendly URLs.

If that's not clear, please feel welcome to contact us for a consulting session.  I do my best to help folks here in the forum, but building stores is how we make our living, and ProductCart IS our expertise.

Well your help was awesome. I updated those links and went in and updated the links attached to the scrolling marque and the pages they link to. I know this is disputed as to the effectiveness but having the keywords enforce the page selection by google seems logical to me.
