I would like to add this to my wishlist too.

There is a growing trend to hold merchants responsible for the actions of their affiliates.  A I would like to have their website url a required field. maybe allow us to set it as option for those that want to work with newsletter marketers.

An adminsitrator comment field associated with their account would be good as well.

It would be nice to add a field for the URL under affiliate signup.  We would like to see how our products are being represented on their sites.
