A great feature would be a package creater and on the page with an item should have a section "Packages Including this product"

Also to break up orders into different boxes for backorder purposes  which probably was mentioned. for example by default each order should be under Box #1 have a chack box next top the product move to drop down list- listing all the boxes in this order or move to new box button. and the status should be per box(tht would be a really nice and easy mothod for shipping
