menu.asp is actually unnecessary, but you can certainly use that. www.yourdomain.com/productcart/pc is the default, unless you changed the name of the admin folder which is the recommended action to obscure the location of the login. 
 
If you did change the admin folder name, and do not remember that name, log in with FTP and examine the folder names for a reminder of what you set it to.
