If your store name is a good keyword that goes well with all the categories of your site... i would leave it...

It will effect the keyword weight in your title tag and some search engines will consider that...

Keyword Weight = keywords in your title / total words in title

   Yes - It's fine - go for it.

To be considered "Duplicate Content" it needs to be repetition of a substantive block of text.
Huge numbers of sites keep their title tag the same on all pages.
