Regardless, it should work OK and is definately worthy of a ticket.&nbsp;]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=1320">ecogardener</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2004<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27-September-2008 at 10:41am<br /><br /><P>Our customers are trying to place back to back orders but a new order number is not being generated for them.&nbsp; They place order #1, then try to place a second order but the first order is presented to them.&nbsp; Desiring to place a new order they are removing the items from the first order&nbsp;and putting the newly desired items in the shopping cart.&nbsp; They then complete this order.&nbsp; The shopping cart does not assign a new order number so it effectively wipes out the first order except that payment for that order has already been completed and we now have no visibility into the items that were contained on the original order.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Any insight would be great. </P><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>The Happy (or unhappy) Gardener&nbsp; - a.k.a.
