Hi,

I need to let the user enter a custom amount for the gift certificate before adding it to cart.

I was told to create a $1 certificate and have users select the number of certificates -- which would add up to the amount they wanted to buy.

Will this really work when they redeem it? Will they be able to redeem it as if it were one certificate? I'm a little confused.

Any suggestions as to how to customize it to have a text field where the user can enter the amount?
