I have done something similar in the past. The scenario was slightlydifferent, but you should be able to use it ora variation on it. The requirement on thatoccasion was to sell completely different products to wholesalecustomers, so once logged in they would see the wholesale and ONLY thewholesale products. That way you could set up separate products as"case of"  or whatever which would achieve what you want.
However, I doubt this would prevent wholesale customers adding products to their cart BEFORE logging in. One thought, off the top of my head, for that, is to use SKU's for wholesale that start with, say, a specific character or are in a specific number range and then add code to the checkout process so that wholesale customers are restricted to just those products.

Hi there,
I'm wondering if anyone else has come across this requirement and found a solution.
I need to enforce quantity minimums (per product) for wholesale customers only - i.e. retail customers can purchase only one of widgetA, but wholesale customers must purchase in increments of 6.
Appreciate any help.
