    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=513">EarlJ</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2195<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29-November-2008 at 12:51pm<br /><br />Loracady,<br><br>We have the same setup and have run into the same issue.&nbsp; <br><br>We actually took Authorize.net advice , at first, and adjusted our settings.&nbsp; But as you stated it does make all of your transactions less secure.&nbsp; We had a large order slip through during Christmas 2 years ago that became a chargeback that we lost because of the AVS did not match, even though we had the shipment tracked and signed for.<br><br>After that we put our Authorize.net settings back and have all Debit, Check Cashing, Gift Cards through Paypal.&nbsp; Basically any "credit card" that doesn't a have a billing address connected to it to verify against.&nbsp; So far, so good and it will be 2 years in January.<br><br>Occassionally, we'll have a customer not look at the payment options and try to pay through "credit card" and their card will be declined.&nbsp; As you said, they are an angry lot when their card is declined.<br><br>]]>

You cando this by either calling the issuing provider, or by visiting theirwebsite. This information should have been supplied to you when youreceived the card.
