I've received an email from Google Base blogs indicating that they are now showing Tax and Shipping information on product search pages and encouraging all merchants to submit this data with their feeds. Here is a link to the information http://base.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=107800.

Does anyone know if the google base upload file generated by PC includes this information or  if it will be added shortly?
