Thanks to Tchapin for posting this code for SEO-friendly content pages.

Tonight I implemented that code on a site, with prompting from loracady about a "pages" folder that needed to be created.

While doing the project I kept notes of how I went about the process, and once I had it running I posted the following WIKI article. FYI, the store I created is on v3.5 and the code works just fine.
