I want a mod that allows the following scenario:
  • "JOHN" buys a products, shipping based on weight total of qty/products tallied to a total $
  • Whether "Shipping Estimate" or actual shipping, John enters a Zip Code
  • [transparent to John, in the background Johns country is split up into "Zones" and each zone has a "range of postcodes" applicable JUST for that zone, and each Zone has a different price per lb [weight pound]

Said more logically, I want a mod that allows a country to be split up into Zones [or methods, whatever], and each of those Zones can have a range of Zip Codes [or town names etc] and each of those Zones may have a different price
