Is PC capable of providing a "Buy One - Get One 1/2 Off" Sale?

Purchase of a second product (of equal or lesser value) is 50% off.

www.lids.com is performing a similar sale in which their shopping cart software automatically reduces the price of the 2nd item by 50%. Similarly, if you purchase 4 items, the 2nd most expensive and the least expensive are calculated at 50% off.

I have ProductCart ASP Shopping Cart v3.12a PPD. w/ apparel add-on.

I have an apparel store that has size and color options.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I will pay to have someone help me get this done.
