Would be hard to find a serious Windows host offering reseller plans that cheap. On the other hand, in my experience, their tech support is so ignorant that we actually won't work with anyone with more than a simple HTML site hosted on their servers.

However, you still might want to consider finding a serious Windows host.

Bar none the best Windows hosting company we've had experience with over the past decade is Applied Innovations (Appliedi.net). They REALLY know what they are doing, and their support is absolutely top notch.

We were never a reseller with them, but rather had several unmanaged dedi servers in their data center before moving on to our own network.

If you have enough hosting clients to support it, you might even want to consider an managed or unmanaged dedi server (more likely two: one for hosting and one for SQL server). Then you'd have total control over whatever you'd like to do on your server.

Give them a call and ask for Carlos.

While I think they are an excellent registrar, they are about as poor a host as you could get. I recommend you consider a real hosting company. EI provides references to several.
