Thanks, GavinB, this helped me figure it out.  But, I had to do something a little different. It is most likely the path to the highslide images folder that is breaking it as it is relative to the shop/pc/ folder. To change it, go to highslide.html.packed.js file and find the following...
graphicsDir:'images/highslide/'
and change it to
graphicsDir:'rusticlighting/pc/images/highslide/'

My highslide works great on the product pages, but I also want to use it on my static html pages.  I went the highslide website, and it looks like I need the highslide script loaded and then the html code.  I got the second part, but wondered what the highslide.js file is called and what folder it might be in.  Also the css too?
