If so, that is extremely odd.&nbsp; You will need to open a ticket so we can review your installation.<br>3.&nbsp; We cannot replicate this issue.&nbsp; Please open a support ticket so we can review your installation.<br>]]>

Purchase order number. A net 30 customer provides this instead of a credit card number. <br>2. I do NOT want to import incomplete, yet it happens. I was hoping if it was on the list, by not checking it- I could stop them from hitting quickbooks. <br>Using the web connector, i see no way to select NOT to import them. <br><br>3. this happens regardless of the selection i choose. <br>]]>

It applies to sales receipts as well.<br>]]>

Per the example below, all other order statuses can be selected or not. otherwise, we should probably de-select pending and processed.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Export Orders when they reach any of the following statuses:&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>&nbsp;Pending<br>&nbsp;Processed<br>&nbsp;Shipped<br>&nbsp;Cancelled<br>&nbsp;Return<br>&nbsp;Partially Shipped<br>&nbsp;Shipping<br>&nbsp;Partially Returned<br>&nbsp;Delivered (Google Checkout Only)<br>&nbsp;Archived (Google Checkout Only)<br><br>If incomplete was part of this list we would be able to solve this problem. <br>Perhaps something to consider in the next update?<br><br><br>3:<br>Next topic:<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Would you like to mark your invoice "To be Printed"?&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>&nbsp;- Yes.<br>&nbsp;- No.<br>&nbsp;<br>With this selected since the beginning of setting up Synchronizer, all invoices still come over as 'To Be Printed'. also, does this apply to sales receipts?<br>]]>
