We are trying to modify the RMA system to be able to automatically reset the status of the returned product and change the status to pending, so that it can be reshipped by the shipping wizard without changing all the other products which were shipped in the same box to pending. 

Does anyone know how to change the value in the database from shipped to pending on the product level?
