You need to open the file "includes/SQLFormat.txt" and change the "0" to a "1" and then upload it back to your server.

Hi,
  I've not seen this one before - very strange! Please raise a support ticket.
When you do so, please provide details of when you downloaded V4 if the patch 1 or patch 2 were installed (not necessary if the download was post their release). I suspect we will also require temporary FTP access details.

Hi

I have installed V4 and connected to the MS SQL database and run the setup, everything went fine

I have just tried to add our first product and I get an error

Error in main database query on addProudctB.asp

can this be an error in the script of one page as the word product is spelt wrong?
