Not in stock configuration.
 
To make this happen, you would need to trigger the reference of an alternate stylesheet based on the category.  This might happen by hard-coding a reference to that specific category ID, or more ideally, set a custom flag in the category admin.

Is it possible for individual product categories to have a customized layout, with their own CSS, and product display that is different than one of the base 4 layouts? I have a category of product that I would like to have some custom content on the page.
