Why does the new shipping address require the customer to nickname it? It seems confusing to the customer. Also, it would be nice if it defaults to United States country just like the billing address does.

I see that on V4 Patch #1 it became required. I think we should have an option to make this required or not because its confusing to make customer nickname a shipping address...
