Hi All

We've got a store selling imported food from Taiwan, primarily for Chinese speakers in the UK. Because of this the product names and descriptions feature both Chinese and English content. The categories and product all display the characters perfectly but when the order confirmation email is sent the characters are not shown, instead the character codes appear. The same also happens when product data is exported. Any ideas what the problem could be?
