What pages are these coming from? You may have a relative link problem. I am using Google Webmaster to monitor certain site stats and notice that it is throwing up hundreds of 404 not founds for instances where the "buy" button automatically adds a product to the cart cart.  Presumably google is expecting such links to be dynamic pages ?
 
example :-
pc/instPrd.asp?idproduct=1415
 
I guess there is a way I can exclude these instPrds.asp "pages" through a robots file but I am wondering whether it would be better for EI to hard code no follow links ?
