I should add that the file generated 3892 products which is usually 1400 items.

Typically the base file is generated rather quickly. But since upgrading to V4 the process takes some time.

But the big question comes down to this:
Duplicated items.
The url friendly pages are duplicating items.

Such as:

50 Round Drum For HK 91, G3, PTR91 Rifles     pc/50-Round-Drum-For-HK-91-G3-PTR91-Rifles-233p1283.htm
50 Round Drum For HK 91, G3, PTR91 Rifles     pc/50-Round-Drum-For-HK-91-G3-PTR91-Rifles-234p1283.htm
50 Round Drum For HK 91, G3, PTR91 Rifles     pc/50-Round-Drum-For-HK-91-G3-PTR91-Rifles-42p1283.htm

All the same item but placed in different categories.
Thus creating 6 different items.

The non url-friendly version doesn't get this result.

Any thoughts on how to condense the list or fix the problem.

FYI I have uploaded all the recent updates for V4.
