IIS7 is a bit different than IIS6.  I would say the changes have more to do with making the interface easier and quite a few security enhancements in the form of certain features are now set differently by default.
 
Can I get you to detail out the error you are seeing?
 
Additionally can you tell us if you re hosting your own servers or using a Hosting Company for your website?

Hi, I'm using windows 2008 server with iis7 and there is SEO optimizer tool that could test my site for SEO error , it give me a lot of error's,
maybe someone have expiriace with that tool?
