I believe the last couple of times I saw <span ="il">this</span> it was <span ="il">a</span> phone number. Also from memory I think it places the cursor to the problematic <span ="il">field</span>, but doesn't actually highligh it in any way. I have not seen this issue for quite a long time, so I believe an upgrade will fix it.&nbsp; HTH Hamish&nbsp;</font>]]>

I get a pop-up message when I go to "process", it says "Please enter a value for this field".&nbsp;<div>There's no way I can find to fix this, and I don't know why it happens, it seems to be completely random and only happens with some orders, once in awhile.</div><div><br></div><div>I've tried re-setting the status, that does not work.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>If you've seen this issue before, could you please share with me how you solved it?&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Thank you in advance!&nbsp;</div>]]>
