Sometimes there is a broker fee that you will be charged. This charge is not included in the quoted rate. I believe if you send it UPS Standard then it applies... the other methods don't have the charge. I would talk to your UPS rep for more info. We've found it more cost effective to use USPS for international shipments. It's cheaper but their tracking sucks.

Hi,
Can someone help me understand how UPS charges for shipments from the US to Canada?  Thru ProductCart I can select a Canadian service but does that cover all charges completely?  Thank you!
