I would defer to my coder to set the estimated hours, but it occurs to me that we're talking a flag for the product admin (exclude this item from free shipping) and then logic to enforce that flag in the checkout process.

We only offer free shipping on select items due to size of some of the items we sell. When a customer buys one item that has free shipping and items that do not he gets free shipping on all items. 

This can be very costly for us when the item that does not have free shipping weighs allot. Is there a mod or anything we can do to prevent this from happening?
