Looks like that page is missing an SSI.

Add this to the list of includes at the top:

We're having a weird issue with the viewbrands.asp page.
If you have something in your cart, close the browser and then open directly to oursite.com/cart/pc/viewbrands.asp, the modal dialog that lets you know something is in your card pops up.  Unfortunatly, the link goes to  oursite//pc/viewbrands.asp - which doesn't exist.
 
Other pages don't have this issue.  If i do the same thing in viewcategories.asp, it works just fine.
 
Any ideas?
