In order for the Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code window to show up, do cookies or pop-ups have to be enabled/allowed? From time to time we receive calls from customers with an error code 3 when using their credit card. We have come to find that these are always MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa customers.
