I need some help with a "page not found" issue.  I have just moved to "product cart" from another e-commerce cart. I have lots of old pages indexed under root level of my domain, such as http://www.jewelryfindings-online.com/badpage.htm   if you look at that link you will see that the "page not found" I installed does not really work.  It works within PC as viewed here http://www.jewelryfindings-online.com/store/pc/badpage.htm 

Can someone explain how to fix that? do I have to put a separate static page in the root? I am a novice at this so simplify please
