Hi Mike - you might want to try enforcing UTF-8 as the Character Encoding used on that page, by applying the technique referenced here:

I'm having a problem with USPS Priority showing symbols.

When you click on edit order or print the invoice the shipping method is shown as “USPS Priority Mail 2-Day^?” or "Shipping Method:   USPS Priority Mail 2-Day^?"

I’m not sure why those extra symbols are showing?

I'm using the current version V4.7
