   <title><![CDATA[Credit Card Blank... : We had an order this morning that...]]></title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=126">steverguy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5790<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24-January-2014 at 9:43am<br /><br /><p>We had an order this morning that came in with no Credit Card information.</p><p>In the Payment Status panel, the Payment Method says Credit Card, and normally the card information is under that- and is for all the other orders.&nbsp; But in this case, it's just blank.</p><p>Any ideas what could cause this?</p><p>Is it possible that during the process of saving the order a session variable might have timed out and disconnected the SessionId for the order with the credit card table?&nbsp; I'm just guessing and trying to figure it out.</p><p>Thanks for your help,</p><p>Steve</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]>
