It's a little disappointing to discover that it is a limitation. I believe there would be many cases where more than one value could apply. I suppose I'll have to find another way.

Is it possible to have a custom search field with more than one value selected for a product?

When I try to add a second value to a custom search field at the product level ProductCart changes the first value I entered to the new one and doesn't appear to let me add a second value.

I want to create a drill down menu like you see on eBay where you can limit your search for example, to only computers with i3 and i5 processors.
