Hi Ammonihah,

Our development team is aware that there is a problem with those links. A fix will be available with the upcoming update to ProductCart version 5.2 which overhauls the password system completely. Along with a fix to the retrieve username and password feature, the new system makes use of the most up to date security techniques for keeping the information safe.

We hope to release ProductCart version 5.2 before the end of June. Keep a look out for announcements and other new features as we get closer to release date.
