the only thing I have seen done was to translate the English words/phrases to another language, thus excluding English on the site.

Beyond that, i would try providing links to other language pages like this guy did http://www.ilyasoglu.com/

This site has a similar approach, in that there are products that have been created in different languages:

There are online services that could also be employed.

I noticed that there is a languages.asp file that has the English translation for most of the Product Cart site. It seems like it would be fairly straightforward to implement other languages. Has anyone done this? I there are language selector in the site already that just has to be enabled"
