We have in issue with the BTO configuration.  Many of the items that can be added to the BTO are set to ship in their own box when purchased outside the BTO product.
 
This setting is not taken into consideration and when the total weight for the BTO exceeds 70 lbs, the customer loses their FedEx shipping option.  It would be great of the BTO could look at the individual ship and weight options to that this doesn't happen.
