Adding Products At Once

   Hi Everyone,
We are planning an integration of an existing website with ProductCart and we'd like just to use it's check out functionality instead of recoding whole site to use ProductCart database/product management.

Is it possible to add products to the cart that are not in ProductCart database (let's say just SKU and price)? 
Is it possible to add them all at once just before the checkout?
