After Update from 4.1 to 4.5 it takes me to database update of 4.1 again

My control panel says, ProductCart v4.5a
but when I click home page it tkaes me to database update ProductCart v4.1 - Database Updateif I do the update it takes me to previous version. Then manually running pcadmin/upddb_v45.asp Its updates to 4.5 but again shows the old 4.1 update page. what to do? |

its resolved doing update of files from 4.5 again.
