Ajax Not Displaying Products in a Categroy

   In our store, we have several main categories each with subcategories.  If you click on a main category and then mouse over one of the sub categories, you a list of products in an Ajax window.  

For some reason, one category, despite having products under it, does not display the product list in the Ajax window.  It just displays the "...".  The other categories that are listed untder the same main category list their products just fine.

I can't seem to find where the setting would be that would cause products not to show up, and I don't know what file that Ajax window is found in for troubleshooting purposes.  I thought perhaps this was due to BTO, but other BTO products show just fine.  Also, I don't think it's an inventory issue, but I could be mistaken.

Anyway, I can trouble shoot it if I know where to look.

Any ideas?
