    Posted: 25-July-2009 at 7:19pm
Does anyone have experience using the Generate Amazon File functionality? I see it is marked as Beta (v3.11). Wondering what some of the fields mean...

For example, ID Type. I'm pretty sure we're going to be using UPC for this field, but I don't see a place to enter that in the product details page. And I have no idea whether to mark "Expedited Shipping" and "Marketplace" as yes or no. Don't see any explanation of these fields at Amazon.

Can anyone here offer an tips or advice on this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Stratton,
If memory serves me well, the Amazon feature was removed after chages made by Amazon.
It's no longer present under the Marketing link in up to date stores.

Thanks, Hamish -

Do you know of any 3rd party tools or services that help automate this with Product Cart?

BTW - ProductCart has an XML API, so someone with the appropriate skills should be able to build one.

Hi Stratton,

I've built data feeds from productcart before though I haven't done an Amazon one yet.

I'm sure Amazon won't be that different. If you want me to build you one please get in touch and I'll give you a cost

I just upgraded to 4.1 and am curious as to whether or not there is an easy way to export products to accomodate Amazon's product feed? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
