Ampersand not showing up correctly in places

   One of our BTO categories has an ampersand (&) in it's name. It is not showing up correctly in the Drop-Shipper e-mail and possibly other places. Is there an easy way to fix this for future orders?

	Is the HTML equivalent being used in that particular e-mail? We are thinking that maybe the HTML equivalent is being saved to the database, but then not converted back into the plain text version of the character when used in that particular e-mail message.
