I can't believe that ProductCart doesn't have 2 basic requirements.
1) List of All non shipped products by Supplier, so that a quick email can be sent to supplier asking him to ship outstanding orders. I have over 100 drop shippers and need to keep on top of un-shipped orders often sending them reminders of orders not yet shipped / overlooked / missed etc.. 2) A list of un-shipped orders sorted by Urgency. Like the Date field required. Again, basic requirement for managing orders. How does one sift through a list if not by urgency ? 3) Helpdesk: Can't list just open Tickets. rather must see closed tickets as well. What for ? Only offers query tickets by date ? Where's the logic, why would anyone need to see closed tickets ? I am moving my present storefront.net store to product cart and looking for the right company to do it. It's so essential it goes smooth. I hope these are features the next version will address. Simple yet essential. Josh@ahuva.com |
