Hoping someone can help. Have a client with a BTO Cart, and we have the prices for BTO Items entered through the BTO Product configuration page, as below:

This BTO Cart is setup for quoting only, and when the client goes to review a quote under View/Edit, initially all aspects of the quote and pricing are correct. When the client clicks Update Quote, even if they havent altered any information, and go back into said quote, the prices somehow alter themselves and break apart, as seen below:

From the screen at the top, the price of the Paint Option is $1,283.00, which is represented accurately when viewing the quote for the first time.

From the second screenshot, once someone has clicked Update Quote and goes back in later, somehow the price has separated itself, seemingly by the comma... making the Paint Option $1 instead of $1,283.00 and then representing $283.00 as the price of the option directly under that.

One hypothesis we have is our host is using an older Windows database than is required for this BTO Cart and that is somehow effecting when someone updates a quote?! Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Hi, Please raise a support ticket so that we can investigate. I don't think this is a DB issue.
