Has anyone integrated Conway's XML services into Product Cart? Anyone interested in this? Conway is a freight company great for deliveries over 150 lbs. It's site has a lot of info on the web services: I am looking to have this on our store. |

sdalan, Did you ever get this accomplished (or anyone else for that matter)? I am also very interested in integrating realtime common carrier shipping rates into our new ProductCart site! We have shipments from our online store that can weigh in excess of 3,000 Lbs and more. There are now several common carrier trucking companies offering xml rating services. I am not a programmer, however, I would be interested in paying for someones assistance in implementing this. Thanks |

Hi Stuck. I have not incorporated rating yet, as we have adopted a flat national rate structure based on shipment weight. I am still interesting in possibly doing so. Thus far I have done my own spaghetti coding based on Con-way samples to add tracking and service center look up. Almost done with the most recent: transit time lookup. Rating is more challenging. The most involved ... and most important to me operationally at this point ... is actually BOL generation. Do you have a relationship yet with Con-way? We have found service to customers and service to us quite good. Let me know if you want to discuss.
