Coupon baised on last order date

   I am looking for a way to give customers a coupon code at the thank you screen after an order that says make your next order within 30 days and receive a 10% discount with this code 'XXXXXX'.

Then I would need to have a coupon that checks there last order date and that it was not canceled if so give them the 10% discount.

Any Ideas???
